We recommend having your piece re-strung every six months, if worn daily. At least once a year if worn occasionally. If your jewelry does break, collect all of the pieces and bring it into the gallery at 13132 Davenport Street, or call for a "Return/Repair Authorization". The cost to restring a bracelet is currently $10.00 (prices are subject to change). If there are pieces missing you will be called with a quote for the repair.

To receive a Return/Repair Authorization form, you must contact us at 402-926-3479 or customerservice@elisailana.com prior to sending in your jewelry. Any unauthorized return/repair will cause a delay in having your jewelry repaired.

We cannot repair chlorine, silver polish or other chemical damage. Scratches are a natural condition of wearing sterling silver and is not considered a defect.

A representative will assess your repair and call or email a quote. We will not start any repairs until they have been paid for in advance.
