Free shipping offers via USPS Standard shipping is not insured or trackable and does not carry a guaranteed day of delivery. If the package is lost, damaged or misdelivered there are no refunds or replacements offered. By selecting this method you, the buyer, assumes the risk of loss and indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Delivery time is based on regular business days (Mon-Fri). Most in stock orders ship within 1 business day. Once your order ships from our facility you will receive an email with your tracking number. Holidays and extreme weather conditions can delay shipping/delivery times by a day or two. Shipments to APO's, Guam & Puerto Rico must choose US Postal option.

Transit times vary depending on method selected see chart below. Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of order.

PLEASE NOTE that elisailana.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. This order schedule is good if the "ship-to" address is located anywhere in the US, but is not applicable towards international shipments.

We carry an extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of Pandora inventory shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items shown on our website at all times.

If an item(s) is not in stock at the time your order is placed a backorder is created and you will be notified via email.

If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may at our discretion split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected. All items that are out of stock will ship at our expense via first class mail when they become available. Most items become available within 1-3 weeks.

All shipping addresses should be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $15 re-direct fee to correct the address. If your order has already left our facility and you chose USPS as your shipping method we cannot re-direct your package. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee or misdelivered packages.
