When you order through our website, you specifically click "Yes" to accept our terms and conditions. It is legally binding. THis gives us your digital signature agreeing to the guarantee terms, which we then keep on file. We utilize a collection agency for any and all customers who attempt unethical chargebacks or disputes in violation of these agreed upon terms.

All products or services listed on the web site are subject to change as is product information, pricing, and availability. Elisa Ilana reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any web site feature or the sale of any product with or without notice. You agree that Elisa Ilana will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuance of any web site feature or product. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
For each product you order on the web site, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product at the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, and any applicable taxes. Elisa Ilana will automatically bill your credit card as part of the order shipment process for such amounts, and you hereby authorize us to do so. You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the product purchase not withheld by Elisa Ilana. All payments are non-refundable (except as set forth in our return/exchange policy below).
Receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting your order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped (or a portion of the order is shipped). You agree that, if we cancel all or part of your order, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order).
Offers and Promotions
Elisa Ilana may make available special offers and promotions from time to time. Any such offers and promotions will expire on the dates specified in the offer or promotion. Credits, coupons, prizes, or benefits shall specify the terms that apply to their use, redemption and terms. Credits, coupons, prizes, and benefits may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. We reserve the right at any time, at our discretion and without prior notice, to discontinue any offer or promotion, or to change any offer or promotion terms or conditions, including changing expiration periods or credit values for existing or future credits
Only one promotion can be used per sale. We reserve the right to exclude certain products from the promotions and/or discounts.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on item(s) that are in unused condition and in the original packaging. Discontinued, retired, sale, clearance and customized items are not eligible for return.
Please ship your return/exchange in a padded envelope or box. We recommend shipping back in a method that can be tracked and/or insured. We are unable to provide an exchange or issue a refund on merchandise that we did not receive. It is not necessary to send back gift boxes or catalogs.
How to Return:
Please print and fill out the return form and send in with your merchandise. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus shipping expenses.

My package shows that it was delivered by the post office but I didn't receive it
Go to www.usps.com and click on "file a claim" on the left hand side of the screen.
I received a damaged or defective item
Please contact customer service immediately, at 402-926-3479. Please have your order number and details on the damaged or defective merchandise. We will instruct you on how to proceed.
I am missing an item
Please contact our customer service department at 402-926-3479 with your order number and missing item number. We will instruct you on how to proceed.
I received the wrong item
Please contact our customer service department at 402-926-3479. If the correct item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the correct item. However, you will be refunded immediately once our merchandise has been returned.
We carry an extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of PANDORA inventory shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items shown on our website at all times.
If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may, at our discretion, split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected. All items that are out of stock will ship at our expense via first class mail when they become available. Most items become available within 1-3 weeks.
Can I ship a package to another address?
Yes, you can. Your ship-to address can be different from your billing address. (Your billing address must match your credit card given.) However, only one ship-to address can be indicated per order. For example, to send one package to your house and another package to someone else as a gift, you must place two orders, and both of these orders would have the same bill-to address.
Elisa Ilana will not sell or give your information to any other party. When you place an order, your name, contact information, billing, and shipping information are retained in our system. Your credit card information is not stored for safety reasons. As an extra level of security we use the latest SSL encryption technology.
When ordering and wanting the item sent to a third party
Elisa Ilana will use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We will not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
