I am very upset I purchased a clip and some charms from this website, I never received them, I called Customer Service and spoke to a guy name Ed, he was very rude to me. He basically told me that it was nothing that he could do. How do you think you can keep customers if you steal from them. This Company steals from their customers. I never been so humiliated in my entire life. I will never order form this fraudelent website again.
